CFHC-IPE | FKKMK. Group dynamics training for the 2023 cohort are once again conducted in-person with the same Event Organizer (EO) as the previous year, namely Adicita Swara Publika (ASP). As a preparation for the committee and to align perceptions and learning objectives for CFHC-IPE semester 1, two coordination meetings were held. In the first meeting, ASP presented the technical plans, types of activities, and event details. Then, feedback, questions, and inputs were provided by the managerial team and KORTA 1. The second meeting took place before the orientation of dynamics with students. ASP presented the activities in detail according to the feedback from the previous meeting. Both meetings were conducted online via Zoom. This year, it was decided that the slogan for the group dynamics of the 2023 cohort would be “Synergy of Nawasena, synergizing for a bright future.” read more

CFHC-IPE | FKKMK. In the first semester of Year 1, the focus of CFHC-IPE program activities is to enable students to build communication and cooperation among members of different health professions and to develop cultural sensitivity (team building and cultural sensitivity). As the final lecture in semester 1, an expert lecture on Cultural Communication and Solid Team in IPE was conducted. This lecture utilized two methods: asynchronous (learning through CFHC-IPE Webapps) and synchronous (Zoom meeting discussions). The synchronous lecture was held on Friday, October 20, 2023, from 7:30 to 9:10 AM local time. It featured two expert speakers: Prof. Dra. Yayi Suryo Prabandari, M.Si., Ph.D., who discussed Cultural Communication, and Dr. Widyandana, MHPE, Ph.D., Sp.M (K), who covered Solid Team in IPE. The objectives of this lecture were the fundamentals of communication, age and generational gaps, cultural sensitivity, direct communication with communities (preparation for field immersion) using proper etiquette, online communication ethics, teamwork, and the roles and responsibilities of each student within the team. read more

CFHC-IPE | FKKMK. The first year marks the period when students begin to interact with partner families, precisely in the second semester. As a preparatory step, the CFHC-IPE secretariat team visited the Sleman District Health Office. This activity took place on Tuesday, October 17, 2023, from 10:00 to 11:30 AM local time in the meeting room of the Sleman District Health Office. The CFHC-IPE team met with Dr. Tunggul Birowo, the Head of the Health Resources Department, Mrs. Tri Suharni, and Mrs. Windariani from the Sleman District Health Office. The purpose was to report on the CFHC-IPE activities that had taken place and to request the designation of partner community health center locations for the 2023 cohort of students. For the 2023 cohort, seven partner community health centers are needed in the Sleman area. The designated health centers are those that were not used in the 2021 and 2022 cohorts. read more

CFHC-IPE | FKKMK. In the 3rd semester of CFHC-IPE, the agenda of student activities will be directed to assess and formulate priority health problems that exist in partner families. In addition, students will coordinate with their group to create and deliver educational media as an intervention for the health problems of partner families. The following activity agenda has been discussed and conveyed to students during the Overview Lecture and the previous Expert Lecture through a Zoom meeting.

After students attended briefings and expert lectures related to the implementation of CFHC-IPE activities in semester 3, they conducted their first field visit. This first field visit was carried out between September 16 and October 1, 2023. Field visits are carried out by directly visiting partner families offline, in accordance with the residence of the partner family that has been connected in the previous semester. During the activity, students are expected to explore the health risk factors of partner families with the help of e-family folders and simple verbal education. In preparation for the activity, students establish communication with partner families accompanied by field supervisors (DPL) and field instructors (IL) through a WhatsApp group. Furthermore, students made appointments with partner families before conducting this field visit. During the field visit, there were several groups that were accompanied directly by ILs. During the visit, students conducted an assessment of each partner family that was accompanied. Each group of students accompanied three partner families who were close together. read more

CFHC-IPE ꟾ FK-KMK. Kuliah overview semester 2 dan diskusi pakar sesi 1 merupakan kegiatan sinkronus pertama dengan mahasiswa di semester 2 untuk Angkatan 2022. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada hari Jumat, 3 Maret 2023 pukul 7.30-09.30 WIB, dihadiri oleh seluruh mahasiswa 3 Program Studi (Kedokteran, Ilmu Keperawatan dan Gizi) kurang lebih sebanyak 490 mahasiswa.

CFHC-IPE ꟾ FK-KMK. Mengawali kegiatan CFHC-IPE Semester 2, Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan (DPL) dan Instruktur Lapangan (IL) untuk Angkatan tahun 2022 dilaksanakan briefing untuk menyamakan persepsi antara manajerial CFHC-IPE, Koordinator Tahun (KORTA) 1 serta secretariat CFHC-IPE. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu, 15 Februari 2023 pukul 13.10 – 15.05 WIB bertempat di Ruang Kuliah Gedung Radiopoetro Lantai 1 FK-KMK UGM.

Acara dimulai dengan pre-test bagi DPL dan IL. Rata-rata nilai dari hasil pre-test tersebut adalah sebesar 7.5/10. Selain itu KORTA 1 memberikan kuesioner mengenai Kesiapan Dosen dan Instruktur Klinis dalam Pembelajaran CFHC-IPE. Harapannya dapat menjadi bahan evaluasi bersama khususnya bagai KORTA 1. read more

Dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan CFHC-IPE, tidak lepas dari peran stakeholders yaitu padukuhan yang telah ditunjuk oleh Puskesmas dan Pemerintah Desa setempat.  Sekretariat CFHC-IPE didampingi Manajerial dan KORTA 1 melaksanakan sosialisasi dan koordinasi dengan padukuhan yang ditunjuk. Sebanyak 10 padukuhan kami kunjungi bersama Instruktur Lapangan (IL). Pembagian kunjungan ke padukuhan dilaksanakan selama 4 hari.

Pada hari Rabu, 25 Januari 2023 telah dilaksanakan sosialisasi CFHC-IPE di dusun Jomboran dan Karanganyar kecamatan Turi. Pada hari Kamis, 25 Januari 2023 telah dilaksanakan sosialisasi CFHC-IPE di dusun Kebur Lor kecamatan Cangkringan, dusun Setan kecamatan Depok, dusun Noyokerten kecamatan Berbah. Pada hari Senin, 30 Januari 2023 telah dilaksanakan sosialisasi CFHC-IPE di dusun Banteran dan Donolayan kecamatan Ngaglik, dusun Pokoh kecamatan Ngemplak. Pada hari terakhir yaitu Selasa, 31 Januari 2023 telah dilaksanakan sosialisasi CFHC-IPE di dusun Sembuh Wetan kecamatan Godean dan dusun Terwilen kecamatan Seyegan. read more
