CFHC-IPE | FKKMK. At the end of the first semester, students engage in feedback and evaluation activities with their Field Supervisors (DPL). This activity can be conducted online, offline, or in a hybrid format. The discussions revolve around the students’ learning achievements over the semester with learning objectives, video assignments, group dynamics reflection reports, as well as the exploration of students’ hopes and feedback on the CFHC-IPE program for the upcoming year. In 2023, many students along with their DPLs conducted this activity in offline settings.
Feedback sessions were held over a span of 2 weeks, from November 20 to December 1, 2023. A total of 84 groups participated in the feedback sessions and submitted evidence of their activities such as resumes and documentation uploaded through the CFHC-IPE Web Application (Webapps) platform. After the feedback sessions, DPLs provided final assessments via the CFHC-IPE Web Application (Webapps). The assessment comprised three components: Interprofessional Collaboration Competence Observation (Formative Individual), Individual Contribution to Group Activities (Summative Individual), and group evaluation, which included group performance (presentation) 15%, media creation (video) 10%, and final report 15%. Some DPLs faced challenges such as difficulty accessing the webapps, errors, and unfamiliarity with the interface. However, this was addressed by the CFHC-IPE secretariat team providing tutorials on completing the semester 1 assessments via webapps.
Students also conducted peer evaluations within their groups. The assessment criteria included attendance accuracy at group activities, responsibility for group assignments, effective communication, coordination and teamwork abilities, and respect for group opinions. The hope is that all students can assess their group members and become more cohesive as a team.
